Over a 14-month period with 4 hours of coaching each month, managers will develop essential capabilities. Our training covers all aspects of people management, including but not limited to crucial conversations, flexible working arrangements, and leave management. By integrating corporate policies with practical strategies, managers will be well-equipped to support and guide their teams. This coaching programme enhances managerial capabilities and fosters a cohesive, productive workplace.
